Evidence:
Questionable Audio - 7 possible EVPsNote: There were other possible EVPs, but all were possibly explainable and very hard to hear without headphones being used.
In this recording, you'll hear a very strange noise that we didn't hear at the time of the recording. We've lovingly nicknamed this clip the "turkey monkey" EVP. Do you have any ideas?
In this clip, you'll hear an investigator talking, followed by a couple of yawns. Right at the end, you'll hear what sounds like a male voice. We don't know what this is saying. The next clip is this amplified.
This clip is the same as the previous with the male voice amplified.
Questionable Photos
This photograph looks like there's a shadow on the right side of the photograph. There was no one other than the investigator in the room at the time. There was also no light source behind the investigator to cast a shadow.
Questionable Video
In this video clip, after a few seconds, you will see a light traveling at the upper right-hand side of the screen. We're not sure what this is.

Personal Experiences

Around the close of the investigation, some investigators were loading equipment into their cars, the back door was ajar and several investigators were standing in the general area to "watch" the door (for safety's sake - to ensure no one came in that shouldn't). At least 5 investigators remarked to the strong smell of pipe smoke in the hall near the back door. No one was smoking a pipe on the premises.

While in the piano room, one group of investigators witnessed a chandelier swinging on the ceiling. No explanation for this could be found.

One team heard whistling on several occasions, one occasion was debunked as an investigator was doing the whistling for an experiment. No explanation for the other occasions; all were very faint. Probable that same investigator was doing all the whistling.

A shadow was also seen on one occasion by a couple of investigators but did not show up on video.
